No surprises.

Yes. Open Settings → Plan & Billing and tap Cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. You won\'t lose access immediately. After the period ends, you move to the Free plan automatically.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. Open Settings → Plan & Billing to upgrade.

Yes. Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then, no prorated refund.

All your jobs, invoices, and customer data stay in your Google Sheet. It's yours. We don't delete anything when you cancel or downgrade. And you can export everything (customers, invoices, estimates, price book) to CSV anytime from Settings, so nothing is ever locked in.

The Free plan is permanently free, no trial period, no expiry. Use it as long as you need. Upgrade when you're ready.

Billing is handled by Stripe, secure, monthly, automatic. You'll receive a receipt after each charge. Manage your plan entirely in the app under Settings → Plan & Billing.
